“ORGANIZATIONAL TA: HOW TO WORK CONSTRUCTIVELY WITH GROUP DYNAMICS?
In this interactive workshop you will explore some essentials of working in the TA-organizational field. We look how knowledge and tools about group dynamics can benefit you in your professional work to make groups healthier.
We look at the complexity and structures of organizations and the tensions that occur from the individual in the group. From your own experiences with groups, we examine the impact of the psychological level on multi-party contracts, boundaries, injunctions and on changing images in groups. You also gain more insights about different organizational-script concepts and the influence on leadership. What are the behaviors that make groups successful and what can you add as a coach, trainer, supervisor, consultant, or therapist to working with them?
You are most welcome to participate in finding this out together!
Having some prior knowledge of TA is recommended but no must as the workshop will explain sufficiently and consist of many exercises and deeper peer exchange.
You will receive a printed handout and further reading suggestions.
Tin Vanderhoeven (PTSTA-O) works as an independent trainer, supervisor, business coach and organizational consultant for national and international groups and organizations. She started her career in Human Resources and has been active as a trainer/coach since 1998. In 2006 Tin founded Kresko, her own training and organizational consultancy business in Belgium. Professionally she integrates different methods and applications in her services while using Transactional Analysis as a powerful foundation. For her, TA is an important key to unlock people’s potential within the framework of co-creative and mutual relationships. She also delivers several TA-trainings at the TA-institute Corael in The Netherlands. Tin is a past President of the Flemish TA-association and was an editorial member of the Dutch TA magazine. Tin is currently the EATA-delegate within COC for Belgium.
